Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility for Cancellation

• Customers may request cancellation of an order placed on the Thinkprints.asia website before the DMIT report generation process begins.
• Once report is generated and shared in customer dashboard under Thinkprints.asia website has, cancellation will not be permitted.
• We strongly recommend notifying us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

2. How to Request Cancellation

• To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service team at infothinkprints@gmail.com stating your User Id. Number, date of purchase and reason for cancellation.
• Cancellation requests must be received in writing (via email) and will be handled during business hours only.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• If cancellation is approved (i.e., before DMIT report generation starts), we will issue a refund of the full order amount (excluding any non-refundable shipping or handling fees, if applicable).
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 – 15 business days after approval.
• If the order has entered report generation, Thinkprints.asia reserves the right to retain all or part of the payment to cover costs already incurred.

4. Non-Cancellable / Non-Refundable Situations

• Orders that have been dispatched or delivered cannot be cancelled through this policy.
• Shipping costs, setup fees, report making fees already incurred by us at the customer’s request may be non-refundable.

5. Modification of Order

• If you wish to modify your order (type of report- Mini, Enterprise, Premium or Premium Plus), please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to accommodate changes before report generation starts.
• Once report generation begins, modifications may not be possible, or may incur additional cost.

6. Timing & Communication

• Cancellation requests should be made ideally within 24 hours of order placement to improve the chance of acceptance.
• Thinkprints.asia will notify you via email whether your cancellation request is approved. If we do not approve, you will be informed of the next steps (e.g., proceed with report generation).

7. Special Circumstances

• In the event of Force Majeure (e.g., natural disaster, software issues) or errors on our part (e.g., incorrect product), Thinkprints.asia may at its discretion cancel an order and issue full refund or replacement.
• If you choose to cancel because of delay in delivery beyond our stated timeline, we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
