The reports are designed for educational, self-development, and career guidance purposes only and should not be used for medical or psychological diagnosis.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Use the reports for personal or educational purposes only.
• Not share or distribute any report, training material, or content without authorization.

Any misuse or unauthorized reproduction of our content, reports, or software tools is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the ThinkPrints website — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and training materials — is the exclusive property of The Generation Awakens (TGA).

No part of the website or its services may be copied, republished, transmitted, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

• Payments for DMIT services or counselling sessions must be made in full before report generation.
• Once a fingerprint scan has been taken and report processing has begun, no refunds will be issued.
• In case of a duplicate payment or system error, users may contact our support team for resolution within 7 working days.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

While the DMIT analysis is based on research-backed science, ThinkPrints does not guarantee specific outcomes. Decisions made based on report insights are at the discretion of the user. ThinkPrints and TGA will not be liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from the interpretation or use of the report.

6. Limitation of Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service temporarily or permanently without prior notice, due to technical or operational reasons.

7. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, and legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Guwahati, Assam.
